An excellent read about the foundational priinciples of international law.
Additionally, the first requirement is not permanent, it only has to exist when the statehood is created, and the status arises. A monarch can loose the territory, and still stay a sovereign.

When I ordered the Oppenheim’s from the OUP, it was delivered in diplomatic mail bag, and in the box was a handwritten note: “Two part set. Do not split.”

Eine ausgezeichnete Lektüre über die Grundprinzipien des Völkerrechts.
Außerdem ist das erste Erfordernis nicht dauerhaft, sondern muss nur bestehen, wenn die Staatlichkeit geschaffen wird und der Status entsteht. Ein Monarch kann das Territorium verlieren und trotzdem ein Souverän bleiben.
Ich empfehle das Oppenheim’s International Law, in zwei Teilen….

Als ich das Buch von Oppenheim bei OUP bestellte, wurde es in einem diplomatischen Postsack geliefert, und in der Schachtel war eine handschriftliche Notiz: “Zweiteiliges Set. Nicht aufteilen.”
