The live birth definition is in the Black’s Law, and the translations can be traced from the EU term bank. They all have to be compatible for the cross-border trafficking to work. That exact term is on the hospital Certificate of Live Birth. They have to have the paper trail that allows the interpretation that a a sovereign was born, so that they can park the prerogative powers of that born-alive into their regency for administration.

This is then required to keep up the narrative that the sovereign is nowhere to be found. They have to allow the inspection of the records, and they have to make it a felony to enter wrong information on the register, because tricking a sovereign is as serious as it gets.
See art 8 of that act. The fact that a misleading record is a felony locks them all in to the narrative, since they are the ones creating the information that creates the record. We don’t sign the paperwork, nor do the parents.
They create the fake narrative, and they are the ones risking the consequences. That’s why it’s so obfuscated, and that’s probably why the General Secretary of of the department that runs the population information system in Finland did not give an oath of office at all.
At least he hadn’t given it the last time I checked. That also fits perfectly to why they make it so hard and confusing to actually trace any of the information on their registers. They don’t want people to start considering the legal consequences of those records.
It fits very well also to why they eventually have to make sure they are the ones who ‚count to votes‘, to make sure they can claim that majority of the people consent to their system.
That I think is purely for the psychological effect of making people who ask questions believe they are in the minority, and that there’s nothing one can do about this.
Yet, the system is specifically designed to allow anyone to check the assumptions and declare the legal consequences void.
A regency could not operate without the ability of the sovereign to come back and reclaim the powers. That’s how regencies work. But the regents hate that.

They kick and scream when someone else than one their own audits their books, and that’s just a question of having some external control of spending.
I wonder how much they will kick and scream when someone asks them to prove their assumed authority.
People are panicking when the focus is still on how to run the regency, not on whether a regency has de jure authority to even exist or not.

Sie protestieren vehement, wenn jemand anderes als sie selbst ihre Bücher prüft, und dabei geht es nur darum, eine gewisse externe Kontrolle über die Ausgaben zu haben.
Ich frage mich, wie sehr sie protestieren werden, wenn jemand von ihnen verlangt, ihre vermeintliche Autorität zu beweisen.
Die Leute geraten in Panik, wenn es immer noch darum geht, wie die Regentschaft geführt werden soll, und nicht darum, ob eine Regentschaft überhaupt die rechtliche Autorität hat, zu existieren oder nicht.

Thank You very helpful response, I will have to go and find the Medical notes (actually just one document) given to my Mum when i was Born at the Candian Red Cross Hospital (Institution was founded by the Astors), i don’t recall it was a certificate or statement of Live Birth, but the term may be there, hence i will double check, what it did show was the distinct reference to the Placenta and its weight, as distinct from my baby weight.
These maternity notes are the only documentary evidence i have ever seen or my mum was issued with from the Hospital, it is therefore speculative as to whether they had other notes, files or records that they used to construct the Notification to the Registrar of Births, they create a document called a BNF1 i think which i am told they send to the Municipality/Civil Area Authority, but i have never seen it, i think only Doctors, midwives or nurses in the Matenity ward have access to it, and as you say it is not made available outside of that official work flow and database.
But the ironic thing is that the maternal notes are also evidence of a Sovereign having come to being, by dint of the fact not just they stated i was breathing or gutty but that there was a Placenta and that organ was weighed, thus it is a fact even in their own narrative.
I built that Facebook group around this very fact as i thought it would spur others to glean more information and share on the forum, i was mistaken and while i am not promoting full out Machiavellian tactics hereon, i realise most people either are not ready for this, or simply do not deserve to know about it, (unlike here) seeing they are not going to act upon what we share anyway, I think the Regents have calculated this already, and is why they opt for the silent treatment when the questions or the notifications get to close to the point of zero or level playing field.

Ich denke, die Regenten haben das bereits berechnet, und deshalb entscheiden sie sich für die Stillschweigensbehandlung, wenn die Fragen oder Benachrichtigungen sich dem Nullpunkt oder dem Level-Playing-Field nähern.
