Heute-Hier-und-Jetzt gebührt unser Herz-Dank diesen wackeren Wahrheit-Forschern und dafür, das sie ihre Erkenntnisse mit uns teilen!

Ich denke, der Nachlass ist der Name des Vaters (Nachname), und eine eingetragene Person ist Teil des globalen Trusts (nennen Sie es katholisch); wegen des Schnitts hat das Baby keinen Zugriff auf den Nachlass, bis es das Leben beweist.

Das Studium der biologischen Realität oder dessen, was tatsächlich geschieht, wenn ein neuer Mann/ein neues Weib geschaffen wird, und was physisch mit ihm/ihr geschieht. Dazu gehören die Befruchtung, die Entwicklung des Embryos, die Einpflanzung, die Geburt und der Schnitt.
Nach der Geburt liegt der Schwerpunkt auf dem, was der Mann und das Weib tatsächlich tut und welche Absicht er/sie damit verfolgt. Dies hat nichts mit einer juristischen Terminologie oder gar mit einer Sprache zu tun.
Die Untersuchung der fiktiven Erzählung, die eine literarische Produktion ist, die auf schriftlichen Unterlagen beruht, kann auf unterschiedliche Weise interpretiert werden.
Zum Beispiel erlaubt das Gesetz ausdrücklich die Gründung von Trusts, auch wenn derjenige, der sie gründet, nicht weiß, dass seine Handlungen einen Trust schaffen. Es handelt sich also um eine Studie darüber, wie und warum sich diese rechtlichen Mechanismen auf den biologischen Menschen auswirken.
Wie interagieren die beiden, da der Mensch von Natur aus nichts von der rechtlichen Fiktion weiß? Letztlich geht es hier um die Frage, was Kurt in Gang gebracht hat. Wie kann ein anderer Mann/Weib rechtlich rechtfertigen, dass er/sie die Macht hat, einem anderen Mann/Weib vorsätzlich und ohne Konsequenzen zu schaden?
Es muss eine Verbindung zwischen den beiden geben, damit das funktioniert. Einfach ausgedrückt, wird die Schuld irgendwie vom Angreifer auf den Mann/das Weib verlagert, und zwar durch die Interpretation von Papieren, Worten und vermuteten Absichten der Handlungen des Mannes/Weibes.
Wie wir aus dem hier behandelten Material und aus den Materialien von Kurt, Marcus, Bill, David, Ronan, Kevin usw. bereits deutlich sehen können, verweist die juristische Terminologie direkt auf die physische / biologische Realität, sobald man die Etymologie der Begriffe erkennen kann.
Tatsächlich war nur Kurt von den genannten Leuten in der Lage, diese Verbindung aufzudecken, und er hat uns die Methode gezeigt, wie man sie entschlüsseln kann.
Die wichtige Erkenntnis dabei ist, dass es einen Zusammenhang zwischen den beiden Begriffen gibt, und das sollte zu der Frage führen: Warum mussten sie das System so gestalten, dass die beiden Begriffe zusammenhängen?
Ein Haufen Tyrannen kann anderen Menschen das Leben schwer machen, indem sie einfach nach Belieben Regeln erfinden, aber das hier funktioniert nicht so. Es handelt sich eindeutig um ein hochkomplexes System, das darauf abzielt, die Schuld auf die Menschen zu schieben, um die Handlungen der Tyrannen zu rechtfertigen.
Und warum? Wovor haben die Tyrannen Angst? Wenn sie die Kontrolle mit eisernem Griff haben, warum sollten sie dann irgendetwas vor irgendjemandem rechtfertigen müssen? Sie könnten einfach herumreiten und sich mit Gewalt nehmen, was sie wollen.
Die Art und Weise, wie das System aufgebaut ist, führt dazu, dass die Menschen entweder der Lust und der Eitelkeit hinterherlaufen und versuchen, das Spiel so gut wie möglich zu spielen”, oder sie fangen an, die Frage zu stellen, wie das möglich ist.
Eine der größten Illusionen ist, dass die Regierungsbeamten wissen, was sie tun und warum sie es tun. Die Korrespondenz mit ihnen zeigt deutlich, dass die meisten von ihnen keine Ahnung haben.
Sie haben keine Zeit, diese Dinge zu studieren. Gleichzeitig ist es eines der Grundprinzipien des Rechts, dass derjenige, der Befugnisse gegen einen anderen einsetzt, in der Lage sein muss, die Quelle seiner Befugnisse zu erklären. Das können sie nicht.
Sie schweigen dazu, und wenn man sie darauf hinweist, merken sie nicht einmal, dass sie damit ultra vires handeln.
Der biologische Mensch existiert also und kann sein Leben vollkommen glücklich leben, ohne jemals mit diesem System in Berührung zu kommen.
Das ist die Realität. Aber wenn der Mensch mit dem System in Berührung kommt, versucht das System, den Menschen zu einem Rädchen in seinem Getriebe zu machen, indem es den Menschen glauben macht, dass er das System braucht. Es ist ein subtiler Prozess, der aber sehr offensichtlich ist, wenn man anfängt, ihn zu erkennen.
Er beginnt früh im Leben und setzt sich bei jeder Interaktion mit dem System fort. Das Hauptwerkzeug ist die Beeinflussung des menschlichen Geistes, so dass die Rechtschaffenheit des Herzens (des Bewusstseins) von den von außen geschaffenen und gespeisten Überzeugungen überwältigt wird, die den Menschen zu einem zuverlässigeren Teil der Maschine machen.
Warum tun sie es durch das Glaubenssystem? Weil wir alle in Bezug auf Macht und Autorität gleich geschaffen sind, und sie müssen uns glauben machen, dass wir es nicht sind.
Sie müssen dich glauben lassen, dass es Menschen gibt, die mit anderen Rechten geboren werden als andere. Andere Rechte, die von wem gewährt werden?
Es gibt hier nur Menschen, und diejenigen, die ihre Macht ausüben, scheinen keinen Wettbewerb zu mögen, also versuchen sie sicherzustellen, dass die meisten Menschen nie verstehen, was die Realität ist.
Also füllen sie die Köpfe der Menschen mit Geschichten, die sie selbst erschaffen haben. Geschichten, die, wenn sie die einzigen Informationen sind, die man hat, einen glauben lassen, dass es “sie” und “uns” gibt, und dass “sie” besser wissen müssen, was gut für “uns” ist.
Die Kontrolle von Informationen ist für diese Art von Maschine, die nur auf Überzeugungen basiert, absolut notwendig.

I try to keep these two tracks of study as separate as possible:
- The study of the biological reality or what actually happens when a new man/woman is created, and what physically happens to him/her. This involves the fertilization, the evolution of the embryo, implantation, the delivery and the cut.
After the delivery, the focus of this track is on what the man actually does, and what is his intent in doing it. This has nothing to do with any legal terminology, or arguably even with any language. - The study of the fictitious narrative, which is a literary production, based on written documentation that can be interpreted in many ways.
As an example, the law explicitly allows creation of trusts even when the one creating it does not know that his actions create a trust. So this is a study of how and why do these legal mechanisms have an effect on the biological man.
How do the two interact, given that the man is inherently completely unaware of the legal fiction. Ultimately the question here is what got Kurt started. How can another man legally justify having the power to harm another man intentionally, and without consequences.
There has to be some link between the two in order for that to work. Simply put, the blame is somehow shifted to the man from the aggressor, through interpretation of paperwork, words and presumed intentions of the man’s actions.
As we can already clearly see from the material covered here and from the materials of Kurt, Marcus, Bill, David, Ronan, Kevin, etc. the legal terminology points directly to the physical / biological reality, once you can see the etymology of the terms.
In fact, only Kurt of the guys mentioned was able to reveal this connection, and he has been showing us the method of how to decipher this.
The important realisation here is that the two do connect, and that should lead to the question: why did they have to create the system so that the two connect?
A bunch of bullies can make other peoples’ lives miserable by just inventing rules as they go, but this does not work like that. This clearly is a highly complex system designed to put the blame back on the people in order to justify the actions of the bullies.
Why? What are the bullies afraid of? If they are in control with a grip of an iron first, why would they need to justify anything to anyone? They could just ride around taking what they want by force.
The way the system is designed results in people either running after the lust and vanity trying to ‘play the game’ as well as they can, or they start asking the question, how is this possible?
One of the biggest illusions is that the government officials know what they are doing and why they are doing it. The correspondence with them clearly shows that most of them have no clue.
They don’t have time to study this stuff. At the same time, it’s one of the fundamental principles of law that one using powers against another has to be able to explain the source of their authority. They can’t.
They are silent about it, and when you point it out, they don’t even realise that it means they are acting ultra vires.
So, the biological man exists and can live his life entirely happy without ever getting into contact with this system.
That’s the reality. But when the man comes in contact with the system, the system tries to make the man a cog in its wheels, by making the man believe that he needs the system. It’s a subtle process, but very obvious when you start to see it.
It starts early in life and continues with every interaction with the system. The main tool is the molding of the man’s mind, so that the righteousness of the heart (consciousness) is overwhelmed by the externally crafted and fed beliefs that take over to make the man a more reliable part of the machine.
Why do they do it through the belief system? Because we are all created equal in power and authority, and they need to make you believe that we are not.
They need you to believe that there are people who are born with different rights than others. Different rights granted by whom?
There are only people here, and the ones using their inherent power don’t seem to like competition, so they try to make sure most of the people never understand what the reality is.
So they fill peoples’ minds with stories created by them. Stories which, if they are the only information you have, make you believe there are ‘them’ and ‘us’, and ‘they’ must know better what’s good for ‘us’.
Control of information is absolutely essential to this kind of a machine that is built on beliefs only.
